Email info@astralogy.org and you will get a reply. Please say which iPhone or iPad you are using and which iOS version, and describe what you were doing when the problem happened.

Common questions

My finger doesn't draw anything.: Settings has a “Draw with Apple Pencil only” switch. If it is on, a finger can only scroll and tap. Turn it off to draw with a finger again.
I bought the advanced set and it isn't unlocked.: Open Settings inside the app and tap “Restore purchase”. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with.
Does it work offline?: The lessons, the challenge and the gallery all work offline. Two things need a connection: buying or restoring a purchase, and AI Fix, which sends the part you circled to our server to be redrawn (see the privacy policy).
Do the AI fixes carry over to another device?: No. The two included fixes and any packs you buy are counted on the device they were used or bought on; they are not restored across devices.
Where are my drawings stored?: Only on your device. Deleting the app deletes them, and there is no cloud copy — see the privacy policy.
The app says it isn't sure what I drew.: In Doodle Challenge the app names one of its 109 beginner subjects, you draw it from memory in 20 seconds, and it tries to recognise it among those same subjects — all on your device, with nothing sent anywhere. When it cannot tell, it says so rather than guessing.

常见问题

手指画不出线。: 设置里有「只用 Apple Pencil 作画」的开关。开启后手指只能滚动和点按。关掉它就能用手指画了。
买了完整题库但没有解锁。: 打开 app 内的设置，点「恢复购买」。请确认登录的是当初购买时用的那个 Apple 账号。
能离线用吗？: 课程、猜画挑战和画廊都不需要联网。只有两处要联网：购买或恢复内购，以及「AI 改一改」——它会把你圈住的部分传到我们的服务器重画（见隐私政策）。
AI 改一改的次数能带到另一台设备吗？: 不能。附带的 2 次和购买的次数包都记在使用或购买它们的那台设备上，不跨设备恢复。
我的画存在哪里？: 只存在你的设备上。删除 app 就会一并删除，没有云端副本——详见隐私政策。
app 说认不出我画的是什么。: 猜画挑战会从 app 自带的 109 张入门题里报一个题目，你用 20 秒凭记忆画出来，它再在这些题目里认你画的是什么；全程在本机进行，什么都不上传。认不出来时它会直接说认不出，而不是硬猜。
